How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by emailing support@mineraltiles.com or via our chat/contact form at mineraltiles.com. Make sure to inform your order number.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to stop your order before shipping.
After submitting the cancellation email, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your order. You can also confirm that the order was canceled by checking the status of your order on our chat.
